Everything in this world does have a risk, even the safest one? However, what about fruitarian diets? Are they really safe? Well, first of all, when people want to be frutarian, they have to know first that it is not just a diet program because it is actually some kind of lifestyle people decide to follow.
There are many levels of fruitarians. And what is not healthy anymore is when you decide to try strict fruitarian diets that are quite possible very risky for your health. Why is that? It is because you have to face nutrient deficiency when you go on strict fruitarian diets. Always make sure that the dietary ratio stays in 80/10/10.

People usually do not feel satisfied when the normal dietary ratio is not that effective especially for the purpose of losing weight. So they often pass the recommended limit and end up facing some risks. People that be frutarian and apply 90/5/5 dietary ratio, for instance, might result in inadequate some vital nutrients such as zinc, iron, iodine, calcium, selenium, and even protein. Even these things could appear low in an 80/10/10 especially if you cannot program it properly.
